Payment confirmations are sent via email and/or SMS. Refund status updates are communicated using the registered contact details.
Customers may request a refund, cancellation, or replacement by contacting customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or email. All requests must include the Order Number.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval and remains subject to this policy.
